On June 29th, we pulled off our very first official Thirty Love Fundraiser Day Tournament at Tennis Club V.V.G.A. in Amsterdam. Our goal? Spread the love for tennis and education by making both more accessible to those for whom these opportunities are not a given. Thanks to everyone who joined in, as we raised some impressive funds to make that happen.
A Full Day of Activities
Sure, it was about tennis, but we packed the day with loads of fun activities too! We started things off with some delicious home-made carrot cake, had a lottery, played a “Klaverjas” tournament, and wrapped it all up with an epic party featuring DJ Ryan and a Music Bingo with mystery guest Roy. It was one of those days that you just won’t forget.

The auction was the highlight of the day! Our auctioneer, Erik, put on an awesome show that had everyone on the edge of their seats. We were a little nervous about how it would go, but it turned out to be a huge success. The energy, the laughs, and the generosity of everyone involved made it something special, and we ended up raising a fantastic amount.
A Big Thank You
We’re super excited to share that we raised over €7,000 in just one day. That’s an amazing number, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of everyone who got involved. A huge thank you to all who contributed, and a special shoutout to the Thirty Love Day Crew: Robin van Dijk, Hanka Steggink, and Stan Reestman. You guys made the day as awesome as it was! We would also like to thank our tennisclub V.V.G.A., for their hospitality and their generous donation.
